OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Two adults and a juvenile have been arrested in connection with the shooting deaths of two teenagers in Oakland last month.
15-year-old Raquel Gerstel and her best friend 16-year-old Bobbi Sartain were gunned down on a quiet street corner.
Witnesses say the 2600 block of Minna Avenue was where the girls were standing when a car came up the street and opened fire.
