PINOLE, Calif. (KGO) -- There was a scary daylight attempted kidnapping in Pinole.
A12-year girl told her parents a man on Appian Way asked her if she wanted a ride as she walked home from school Friday afternoon.
When the girl said no, she claims the man grabbed her wrist, but she managed to escape.
The suspect is described as a young, thin white adult male, with short hair and a brown goatee. He also has a piercing in his right eyebrow.
