MARTINEZ, Calif. (KGO) -- Firefighters in Martinez rescued a kitten Friday morning that had become stuck in a truck engine.
The animal was found in the engine of a car as the car's owner was about to start the car. Instead she called 911.
A firefighter found the cat stuck between the catalytic converter and the exhaust pipe.
A little smoked salmon and a few minutes later and the cat crawled out to the waiting firemen.
