Police in El Cerrito have released video footage of two suspects breaking into a home last week.

In the five-minute video, one of the suspects approaches the front door and knocks. When no one answers, a second suspect approaches and kicks in the door.

One of the suspects eventually notices the security camera and hits it with a tool.

The owner of the residence posted footage of the break-in on Youtube, and police are hoping someone will recognize the burglars and assist the investigation.

The videos can be found online here and here. Anyone with information about the suspects is asked to contact El Cerrito police at (510) 215-4400.
