The Marin Independent Journal reports that the girl's mother told investigators that the man tried to take the girl away after approaching them near San Rafael High School.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man about 25-years-old standing 5'10" with a heavy build.

Authorities say he has a large birth mark on the right side of his nose and a rose tattoo on his right upper arm.

If you know who this is, or have any other details your asked to call the San Rafael police.
