FAIRFIELD, Calif. (KGO) -- In Solano County, school district officials are discussing how to let parents know more about a teacher who was arrested on charges of having sex with a minor.
Felecia Killings, 27, is out of jail on bail after being arrested Tuesday.
Killings has worked as an English teacher at Angelo Rodriguez High School for five years.
Vallejo police arrested her Tuesday on campus and are investigating the case because they believe the crime took place at Killings' Vallejo home.
Killings is on paid administrative leave while the investigation runs its course.
