FAIRFIELD, Calif. (KGO) -- In Fairfield, police are looking for a couple suspected of stealing mail in the middle of the day.
A neighborhood watch group provided surveillance video to police. It shows a man and a woman checking mail boxes and taking mail in the Laurel Creek area.
The two have hit at least a half dozen homes. Police say usually one drives, while the other one steals.
Police are advising people not to leave outgoing mail in their mailbox, and make sure they pick it up every day.
