SAN MATEO COUNTY, Calif. (KGO) -- The Coast Guard has confirmed that a capsized boat found of the coast of Half Moon Bay belongs to a man who has been missing since Wednesday.
Shau Tsu Wong, 64, of San Ramon was last seen leaving the harbor for a recreational boat trip, but he never returned.
Crews are trying to flip the boat to see if anyone is underneath.
