Foster City teen arrested for peeping, sexual battery

FOSTER CITY, Calif. (KGO) -- A Foster City man is under arrest after he was caught peeping on a young girl inside her bedroom.

Justin Shing, 18, was arrested inside a neighbor's home on Matsonia Drive early Saturday morning.

The girl's father caught him while he was on his hands and knees hiding inside the bedroom. The father held him down until police arrived.

Shing has since posted bail and neighbors say he has returned home to the same neighborhood.

"If you do look at one of his mugshots, he's smiling from ear to ear. He looks like a dental ad and that's very shocking. That's alarming for someone who was arrested for pretty darn serious charges," said neighbor Kimberlee Bouzid.

Shing also confessed to breaking into another neighbor's bedroom earlier this month on the same street and fondling her while she slept.

He faces burglary, sexual battery and peeping charges.
