FOSTER CITY, Calif. (KGO) -- A wild ride is over for Pokey the tortoise that was reported missing not once, but twice!
Pokey is now reunited with his owner.
The tortoise disappeared from his owner's backyard in Foster City earlier this month.
He was found last week and dropped off at the Peninsula Humane Society. But unfortunately, he wandered off again.
This week a second man found Pokey in a nearby park. He recognized the tortoise from the television coverage.
The man returned Pokey to his owner, refusing the $100 reward.
