SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- A video was posted Thursday on YouTube showing a Muni train running with its doors wide open.
Earlier this month a video was posted showing almost the exact same issue. In that case Muni officials said the driver had clearly overridden security protocols and would be reprimanded.
There is no word yet from Muni officials on the latest video.
