LOS ANGELES, Calif. (KGO) -- The two men suspected of beating Giants fan Bryan Stow made a very brief court appearance in Los Angeles Tuesday.
One of them, Louie Sanchez, has changed attorneys. He is now being represented by the public defender's office.
Prosecutors accuse Sanchez and Marvin Norwood of attacking Stow in the Dodger Stadium parking lot following last year's season opener. Both men remain in custody and will return to court September.
Stow continues to recover from severe brain injuries.
And starting Tuesday night, Giants fans can buy a DVD of benefit concerts held for Stow and his family. The Grateful Dead's Bob Weir joined musical forces with Giants third base coach Tim Flannery for the concerts at Napa's Uptown Theater. Flannery started singing while he played for the Giants and struck up a friendship with Weir while working for the team
The concerts raised $60,000. The DVD's are being sold at AT&T Park for $20 each.
