SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- San Francisco's suspended Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi will find out on Tuesday if he'll keep his job.
Mayor Ed Lee suspended Mirkarimi after he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges in March, following a domestic dispute with his wife on New Year's Eve.
His fate now rests in the hands of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors.
Nine of the eleven supervisors have to vote against Mirkarimi to remove him from office.
That vote is set for Tuesday. So far, supervisors refuse to say how they'll vote.
