SF police investigate two shootings in Bayview-Hunters Point

Police are investigating two shootings in San Francisco's Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood late Friday night.

The first shooting was reported at 10:59 p.m. near the intersection of Palou Avenue and Ingalls Street, police said.

According to police, a man driving a vehicle was injured by shattered glass when a bullet smashed a window of his vehicle.

The second shooting was reported at 11:05 p.m. less than a mile away in the 100 block of Acacia Avenue.

During the shooting, a man inside a building was shot in his forearm and upper arm. He transported himself to a local hospital, police said.

According to police, two male suspects are wanted in connection with the shooting.

No suspects are in custody for either shooting, according to police.
