SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- Investigators with the California lottery are asking for the public's help in finding a serial burglar who has stolen lottery merchandise from at least 18 retail locations in the San Jose-Sunnyvale-Mountain View area.
The suspect has been identified as 29-year-old Kelsey Pham.
During each burglary, investigator say Pham steals lottery tickets and then cashes the winning stolen tickets at area stores.
