Man arrested in SJ on suspicion of fatally stabbing man at Greenfield party

A Greenfield man was arrested in San Jose Thursday morning on suspicion of killing a 22-year-old at a party in Greenfield last weekend, according to the Monterey County Sheriff's Office.

Twenty-four-year-old Fidel Pizano Aguilera, of Greenfield, was taken into custody with out incident in San Jose at 10:35 a.m., sheriff's officials said.

Greenfield resident Julio Sanchez was found stabbed to death at a party at 39545 Elm Ave. in Greenfield last Saturday night, officials said.

According to the sheriff's office, a fight broke out between five or six males at the party.
