SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- Moviegoers watching the new film, "The Dark Knight Rises," at a San Jose mall were evacuated from the building after someone tossed a suspicious package into the aisle of the theater.
This is the second evacuation of the Eastridge Mall's AMC Theater in the last few days. On Saturday the entire theater was evacuated after a fire alarm went off. While most recently on Monday night, someone opened a theater door during the late-night showing of the film, yelled an obscenity, and then tossed a box inside.
Again the theater was evacuated. Police later determined the box was harmless.
