MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (KGO) -- Deployment has been postponed for dozens of Air National Guardsmen scheduled to leave Moffett Field in Mountain View today.
The departure of the 129th Rescue Wing has changed to Friday. More than 75 citizen-airmen from all over the Bay Area will be heading to Afghanistan and Africa on a four month mission. They will provide combat search and rescue support to U.S. troops in the region.
