Iranian President Ahmadinejad visits NYC

NEW YORK (KGO) -- Iran's president is in New York Monday for the United Nations General Assembly this week.

He is speaking about the two UC Berkeley graduates still imprisoned in Iran.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says he hopes they will soon be released like their fellow hiker Sarah Shourd was last week, provided they can prove they had no ill intention when entering the country.
