GEORGIA (KGO) -- A 10-year-old girl in Georgia is being hailed as a hero for coming to the aid of her neighbors.
Zna Gresham ran outside when a fire broke out in her apartment building. She had just left the building, when a woman upstairs yelled to her to catch her 1-month-old baby. The child landed safely in Zna's arms.
"In our family, we take care of our neighbors no matter what. No matter if they get hurt or anything, we take care of them," she said. A 10-year-old girl in Georgia is being hailed as a hero for coming to the aid of her neighbors.
One of the units in the building was a total loss and three were damaged, but everybody got out safely thanks in large part to 10-year-old Zna.
