The Petaluma National All-Stars got the royal treatment at the Oakland Coliseum Friday night. The boys in green and gold met the men in green and gold, and showed them how the west was won.

The Petaluma's All-Stars came within one game of winning the Little League World Series last week. The team made a grand entrance, running onto the field before the game.

A's outfielder Jonny Gomes had a little to do with Friday's event -- he used to play in the Petaluma Little League, and also helped finance some of the families going back to Williamsport.

The team posed with the A's, then enjoyed a first-class view of the game against the Boston Red Sox from a luxury suite.
