Oklahoma WR charged with indecent exposure

Oklahoma receiver Trey Metoyer was charged Tuesday with two counts of indecent exposure in Cleveland County according to Oklahoma State Court documents.

Oklahoma receiver Trey Metoyer has been suspended indefinitely from the team after he was charged Tuesday with two counts of indecent exposure in Cleveland County, according to Oklahoma State Court documents.

"Trey has not been with us since prior to the TCU game and at this time I do not anticipate that he will return to the team in the future," coach Bob Stoops said in a statement.

An affidavit filed in the case accuses Metoyer of exposing himself to two women in Norman.

The first incident occurred on Aug. 29. The affidavit says the victim reported that a car driven by a man whose genitals were exposed pulled into her apartment's parking lot.

The second incident occurred on Sept. 17, when Metoyer allegedly exposed himself to a woman who had been walking her dog.

Metoyer entered the season as a second-team receiver, seeing limited action and catching only two passes for 18 yards and a touchdown in four games.

The impact of Metoyer's absence will be minimal on a receiving corps that features four players with double-digit catches this season.

The sophomore was the Big 12's preseason newcomer of the year heading into his true freshman season in 2011. Metoyer had 17 receptions for 148 yards and one touchdown last season before slipping down the depth chart this fall.
