OAKLAND, Calif. -- Now the Oakland Athletics have another fight on their hands about building a new ballpark in San Jose.
The group "Stand For San Jose" has filed a lawsuit claiming a deal to sell land for the stadium at below-market prices is illegal.
These are pictures of the proposed ballpark and the land where it would be built.
Stand For San Jose also claims the deal would undervalue the land by $22 million.
An earlier lawsuit challenging the ballpark filed by the same group is scheduled to be heard in November.
