Golf legend Arnold Palmer received one of America's highest awards on Capitol Hill this morning. Leaders from both parties honored Palmer with the Congressional Gold Medal. The 83-year-old Palmer won the Masters championship four times, between 1958 and 1964. He's also been golf's goodwill ambassador.

Palmer is just the sixth athlete to receive this award. Other recipients include baseball players Jackie Robinson and Roberto Clemente, boxer Joe Louis, and golfer Byron Nelson. He also received a Presidential Medal of Freedom from President George W. Bush in 2004.
