WILLOWS, Calif. (KGO) -- An AMBER Alert issued for two girls in Willows, California, was canceled Friday after they were found safe and the suspect taken into custody.
Randi Martinez and Vanessa Martinez, ages 2 and 5, were abducted at 9:30 a.m. Friday. The suspect, 30-year-old Leonard Dale Tuttle Jr., was seen driving a white Mitsubishi Lancer.
