JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Master Control Operator is responsible for the playback of the station's day of air programming including EAS and Breaking News applications.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate should be familiar with operating various technical types of broadcast equipment and monitoring the station's transmitter. He/she will be required to maintain a written discrepancy report and troubleshoot issues in Master Control.
Background clearance will be required. The Master Control Operators must also be flexible and available to work various shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
