June 4 - BCN -- Two lanes that were blocked on westbound Interstate Highway 80 in Fairfield this morning after a truck hauling hay overturned on the roadway have been reopened
The lanes opened at 9:35 a.m.
California Highway Patrol Officer Kevin Kroncke said hay spilled onto the freeway and a Sig-alert was issued just after 7 a.m.
The non-injury accident took place around 6:30 a.m. and originally blocked all westbound lanes of the freeway. The Nos. 1 and 2 lanes were open at 7:03 a.m., Kroncke said. The Nos. 3 and 4 lanes remained closed until 9:35 a.m.
