SANTA CRUZ MOUNTAINS, CA (KGO) -- In the Santa Cruz Mountains, snow fell this morning at elevations as low as 1,500 feet, according to the National Weather Service.
The snow was not enough to shut down the highway, but drivers are asked to take extra precautions.
