Since September 1991, Wayne has headed up the award winning 13 Undercover Unit which specializes in investigative reports concerning public corruption. His reports have had a significant impact on changes in policies and procedures inside many organizations.

In the last year, 13 Undercover got two million dollars back for Houston taxpayers after exposing possible fraud in the cities garbage bills. Wayne Dolcefino also exposed handicapped parking cheaters and a scheme to fake marriages for immigration fraud, a vehicle that terrorists have used to get in to the country.

His investigations have exposed tens of millions of dollars in waste and mismanagement in Houston government, phony bilingual teachers, broken fire trucks sent to burning houses and teachers with a history of sexual misconduct. He's fought for taxpayers and protected our kids.

Wayne came to KTRK-TV from KTRH radio where he was an investigative reporter and talk show host from 1980 to 1985. Prior to working at KTRH, Wayne was the Assistant News Director at KLBJ radio in Austin, Texas.
