The Voter Registration Division maintains a database of over 1.9 million registered voters. In 2012, more than 215,000 voter registration applications and more than 185,000 changes to existing voter records. For each election, the Voter Registrar provides a certified list of eligible voters to other governmental bodies. Each year, the Registrar also provides the number of initial and cancelled registrations for the previous voting year to the Comptroller of Public
