2 of 12: Noe Aranda Jr., 9, was last seen with his father, Noe Soto-Aranda. He and his three other siblings were in a vehicle driven by their father when he led authorities on a three-county, high-speed chase Wednesday. Noe Jr. was last seen wearing a blue Abercrombie shirt, brown shorts and black Puma tennis shoes. He has a mowhawk hair cut.
