1 of 12: Willie L. Sullivan was born in Dallas, Texas. He has a lengthy criminal history dating back to 1981, with multiple arrests for Larceny and Burglary. In 1985, he sexually assaulted a 29-year-old female at knife point. He was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault, served 10 years, and is now required to register for life as a sex offender. On September 10, 2010, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for Sullivan's arrest for Parole Violation (Original Offense: Burglary of a Building). On April 11, 2012, the Dallas County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements.

Juan Jose Villa was born in San Antonio, Texas. In 1996, he was arrested in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for Exposing Genitals to Child. In 1999, he was accused of exposing himself to three juvenile females on two separate occasions in San Antonio, Texas. He was subsequently arrested and sentenced to six years.
