Elizabeth views her commitment to serving Houston's community as an honor and a responsibility and believes every individual has the ability to make an impact. She has co-chaired the Cattle Barons Ball and has held numerous other executive positions with American Cancer Society VICTORY over the years and will serve as President of VICTORY in 2013.
She has been extremely active with the Houston Ballet, she co-chaired two Ballet Bravo Balls, Chaired the Nutcracker Market and has been a Ballet Guild Member for over 20 years. She is a past President of the Bayou Villages Chapter of National Charity League, volunteered for the Spring Branch Independent School district for over fifteen years and served on the Spring Branch Education Foundation Board, Grant Review Committee and Crystal Apple Awards for a number of years. She chaired the 10th Anniversary Houston Wilderness Luncheon in February and is co-chairing the CAP Celebrity Paws Gala next month.
Married for over 31 years to her wonderful husband Alan, they are the parents of two grown children. Elizabeth considers one of her greatest sources of pride the active interest her children have taken in giving back to our community! ( Photo / Gittings)
