9 of 11: Darlene Bisso

Darlene Bisso is President of Bisso Properties, Inc. a real estate investment company and secretary and treasurer of Bisso Marine, a family owned and operated company in their 122nd year of operation. She has served the boards of many organizations including the Louisiana Chapter of the Leukemia Society of America, the Houston Symphony and most recently the Moore's School of Music. Darlene is long time member of the New Orleans Women of Fashion and past recipient of the Hall of Fame for the Men and Women of Fashion. In 2008, she and her husband, Cappy, co-chaired Victory Ball that benefited the World War II Museum in New Orleans. As a family, they are proud supporters of Texas Children's Hospital. Darlene is also a Champagne Cowgirl, which benefits the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Darlene says she is proud to support the city that showed her family such kindness as evacuees.
