The first Hot Undies Run was held in Rice Village on Saturday, August 21, 2010. About 500 good sports stripped to their skivvies and braved the extreme Houston heat for a good cause, raising money for the Children's Tumor Foundation. The two mile course through Rice University began at Brian O'Neill's Irish Pub, ending at nearby Little Woodrow's.
