HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The transition to digital is coming on June 12, 2009 and ABC13 wants to help you prepare.

We want you to be able to test your television set so we're taking part in an analog shut-off test during Eyewitness News.

We're conducting readiness tests on ABC13 today at the following times:

  • 5:22pm
  • 10:22pm

    If your set is not ready, programming will be replaced at those times with information on how to get prepared.

    If you're already receiving our digital signal, our normal programming will continue. We encourage you to check all television sets in your house during the course of the test.

    Each test will last for three minutes.
