Monday, August 12, 2013
FRIENDSWOOD, TX (KTRK) -- Friendswood police are telling homeowners to be on the lookout for burglars.
There has been a rash of home break-ins in Friendswood over the past month and a half. Police say there have been nine burglaries since July 1 alone.
All of the burglaries have happened between 7:30am and 7:30pm.
In most cases, the burglars break in through a back window. They also appear to be after small electronics, money and jewelry.
Arrests have been made in just three of the nine cases. Anyone with information is asked to call Friendswood Police.
