"American Pie" actress accused of threatening to molest neighbor's dog
(12/18/06 - NEW YORK) -- Charges that Natasha Lyonne threatened to sexually abuse a neighbor's dog are expected to be dropped.
The judge says because Lyonne successfully completed a court-ordered drug program and paid $2,000 restitution, he's sentencing her to what's called a conditional discharge. That means if Lyonne is not arrested within the next six months, the charges will be dismissed.
She was charged with criminal mischief, criminal trespass and harassment two years ago. She was accused of banging on her neighbor's door, entering the apartment, ripping a mirror off the wall, picking up the woman's pooch and telling her, "I'm going to sexually molest your dog."
