Actor accused of head-butting officer at Houston airport

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- "You're killin' me, Smalls." It's an iconic line from the movie "The Sandlot." And the actor who played the role of Smalls is now facing charges right here in Houston.

Court records show that Thomas Guiry, 32, is charged with head-butting a police officer in an incident on Saturday. According to TMZ, Guiry was at Bush Intercontinental Airport and a United Airlines employee called airport police, saying the actor was too drunk to fly. The website claims Guiry then head-butted the officer.

He was arrested and charged with assault. Guiry is out of jail on $5,000 bond and is expected to be in court next month.
