'Dancing with the Stars': Elimination shocker

LOS ANGELES, CA (KTRK) -- Just because you get one of the highest scores of the night doesn't mean you're safe from elimination on "Dancing with the Stars."

Christina Milian and her partner Mark Ballas tied for the highest score of the night with a close to perfect Cha-Cha, with 28 out of 30 possible points. They even earned the first 10s of the season, but were still sent packing.

The reason for the big shocker -- last week's audience vote, bumped her to the bottom. The pop singer says she's glad she is going out on a high note.
