Victoria Osteen won't face charges over flight incident

(12/21/05 - KTRK/HOUSTON) (KTRK) -- The FBI will not charge one of the leaders of Lakewood Church in connection with an incident aboard a Continental Airlines flight bound for Colorado.

The FBI made its decision after reviewing reports of Monday's incident in which Victoria Osteen was removed from the flight. Eyewitnesses say Osteen and a flight attendant got into a disagreement over who should clean up Osteen's first class seat, which was apparently wet.

Osteen and her family were eventually removed from the plane and took a later flight.
