(10/27/06 - KTRK/HOUSTON) (KTRK) -- A driver trying to avoid water on the road in north Harris County caused a head-on crash.
It happened about 11pm on Spring Stuebner near Windsor Castle. Investigators don't know which vehicle, the Honda Civic or the Ford Expedition, veered to miss that water.
One of the two people in the car had broken bones. The two people in the SUV also suffered broken bones. One of them is the wife of a Harris County constable.
