Big fuel spill in south Houston

Monday, February 26, 2007

HazMat crews worked to clean up a huge fuel spill on Houston's south side Sunday.

An 18-wheeler was leaving a gas station on Almeda Genoa near the South Freeway when it rolled into a ditch around 2am. About 100 gallons of fuel spilled.

There were no road closures. The fuel was loaded onto another truck.
