(3/13/07 - KTRK/HOUSTON) (KTRK) -- A driver is now charged in connection with a deadly accident late last night.
The Harris County Sheriff's Department says Brooke Banhagel, 26, was on drugs when she slammed her SUV into the back of a parked flat bed truck.
The bed of the truck struck and killed Jeremy Deluna, 24, who was sitting in the front passenger seat. Banhagel is charged with intoxication manslaughter.(Copyright © 2007, KTRK-TV)
