Man killed, allegedly because he wouldn't move his car

Police say a gunman shots and killed a man in northwest Houston because he refused to move his car.

The shooting happened on Rouse and Eagle Pass late last night. Police say two men walked up to the victim soon after he parked his car. They asked him to move his car and when he refused, one of the men shot him in the chest.

The victim died at the hospital. The gunmen got away. Police say they were possibly gang members.
