(4/07/07 - KTRK/HOUSTON) (KTRK) -- Two people, including a security guard, were shot while trying to break up a fight at a party on Houston's southside.
The shooting happened at the Dixie Warehouse reception hall on Dixie at Peerless early Saturday morning. Police say several people were fighting. When a security guard and valet tried to stop the fight, someone shot them both.
The victims are expected to survive. No arrests have been made.
