(4/14/07 - KTRK/HOUSTON) (KTRK) -- Arson investigators want to know the cause of a fire at the old civil courthouse building in downtown Houston.
Firefighters arrived at San Jacinto near Preston around 1pm. Investigators say the building is being remodeled. The fire broke out on the fourth floor and quickly spread to the fifth.
Construction workers were able to escape safely. One worker suffered smoke inhalation and will be okay.
