Sleepy driver slams into mobile home near Kingwood

(4/16/07 - KTRK/KINGWOOD, TX) (KTRK) -- A couple got a rude awakening when a car crashed into their mobile home near Kingwood.

The mobile home was knocked off its support blocks and pushed back about three feet. It's an unwelcome present for the residents who are celebrating their two year anniversary tomorrow. One of them actually had a premonition of impending doom.

"I had a dream about it," said homeowner Susanah Salls. "I saw a truck coming towards me with its lights on. My eyes opened and that's just when I felt the whole house shift. And it was just like this big boom."

No one was injured. The homeowners say the driver fell asleep at the wheel.
