(5/04/07 - KTRK/HOUSTON) (KTRK) -- The woman accused of starting a four-alarm fire in a northeast Houston office building in March, which killed three people, is out of jail.
Misty Ann Weaver posted bond Friday. Earlier this week, Eyewitness News reported that a judge lowered her bond to $180,000. Weaver is expected to be back in court later this month.
Investigators initially claimed that Weaver started the fire to cover up an audit she had failed to finish on time. But prosecutors say there was no such audit due the next day.
