(5/14/07 - KTRK/HOUSTON) (KTRK) -- A city of Houston subcontractor was arrested at Memorial Park today accused of exposing himself.
A woman flagged down an officer on patrol and told him where to find the suspect, by the tennis courts. The officer says the man's pants were still down when he walked up to the man's truck.
He was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
